Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be honored:

48 hour advance notice is required when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to book an appointment. If you are unable to give 48 hours advance notice the card on file will be charged 50% of total services, this is non refundable. Please note: You are agreeing to these terms when you book your appointment.

If you are able to contact me 24 hours ahead of time the amount charged may in some cases be used towards a reschedule. 

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Your card will be charged the service price in full. 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start your service. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration please plan accordingly and be on time.

Fills

When coming in for a fill you must have at least 40% of lashes left on each eye. If you do not you will be charged for a full set. If you are needing a fill sooner than 2 weeks please schedule a weekly fill to avoid full set pricing.
